Payment Terms

• • Subscription fees are charged monthly at RM 1,200 (inclusive of applicable taxes)
• • Payment is due in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle
• • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our service guarantee
• • Price changes will be communicated with 30 days advance notice

Disclaimers and Warranties

Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joraliventhux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joraliventhux from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but obligations incurred prior to termination remain in effect.

Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
